Work Packages

Leader: European Football Development Network (EFDN)

The objective of this WP is to guarantee effective project management (financial, technical, administrative, and internal communication) during the project lifetime.

Leader: John Blankenstein Foundation (JBF)

This WP corresponds to the preparation phase of the project. The objective, through collaboration and consensus among all project partners, is to gather reliable information and data in order to build a solid Pilot Programme adapted to the real needs of the target groups.

Participants: Partners and European Football Development Network (EFDN)

The aim of this WP is to test the All-in&Win Pilot program. This testing follows a cascade format, involving the 4 pilot federations and 8 sports clubs that will be selected by these federations once the project starts.

Leader: Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln (DSHS)

The aims of WP 4 are two-fold:

  • Monitoring the implementation of the pilot program in the sports clubs, and monitoring the work of the inclusion and wellbeing teams.
  • Evaluating the pilot program in terms of its contribution to LGBT+ acceptance in sport and the creation of a safe and inclusive sporting climate in the sports clubs and sport organizations.

Leader: European Football Development Network (EFDN)

Pariticipants: All Partners

The objective of this WP is three-fold:

  • Ensuring effective external communication as means of achieving change and successful dissemination of project progress. External communication will focus on engaging relevant stakeholders, raising awareness, and disseminating project results.
  • Raise awareness about the project and effectively highlight the benefits and value of the project results, especially among sports and LGBT+ organizations.
  • Community building to create a local ecosystem in each federation’s country, made of a mix of organizations committed to jointly working towards an inclusive and safe environment for the LGBT+ community in sports.
